Accent UK

As I writer I have one problem with Unico Comics, that problem is that I’ve a ton of finished script I think are good enough to sell in the bucket loads but we’ve only got a few artists to use.

This means between the writers on Unico who actually have things ready to be made equates that I have to wait ages to get another one of my comic titles in production. This is why I’ve decided to start trying the sell my other comic series (Our Heroes Fall, Faith, Hellion, and SHJ) to other companies.

My first attempt was to email Accent UK which was Founded in 2000, Accent UK is a privately owned comic publisher based in Cheshire and owners Colin Mathieson and Dave West collect the talents of the UK Independent Comic publishing community, along with guests from overseas, producing an annual themed anthology, as well as producing comics off their own.

In short these guys are Unico Comics 5 years down the line (I hope) and I’m hoping they’ll like my stuff. Yesterday I got an email of Dave West asking to see me at Bristol Comic Con to discuss what my plans would be. I’m really chuffed to be going and fingers crossed you might get to see me have titles out with both Unico and Accent.
